Who we are, and what these terms cover

smartmetrics.sa is owned and run by Smart Metrics Company (شركة سمارت متريكس), a limited liability company, Unified National Number 7055231125, based in Riyadh. These terms cover your use of this website and our company profile only; our services and products are governed by the contracts we sign with our customers.

Information, not a shop

We sell nothing and take no payment through this website. It describes our services and products in general; the signed contract sets each job's scope, price, timeline and warranties.

Illustrations

The chats, screens and handwritten notes on this website are illustrations we made. Their names, numbers and times are invented; they show no real customer and no guaranteed result.

Products in development

Anything marked “in development” or “in testing” is not yet generally available; its features and launch date may change, and it is available to you only once we announce it and sign a contract with you for it.

Intellectual property

The website's text and design, our logo and the names Smart Metrics and Mantooq belong to Smart Metrics Company. You may share links to the website and quote short extracts with credit; you may not copy it or use our logo without our written permission. WhatsApp, Meta and Google, and the names and logos of X, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, are their owners' marks; we name them only to show how to reach us, and naming them implies no partnership. The website's fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License.

Links and other services

The WhatsApp button and Google's booking page take you to services we neither own nor run; their owners' terms and privacy policies apply there, and we're not responsible for their availability or content.

Our liability

We take care that the website is accurate and current, and offer it in good faith as general information, so please don't base an important decision on a general description here before we agree it in writing. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect loss from using the website or being unable to reach it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded, such as for fraud or gross negligence.

Acceptable use

Don't try to disrupt or break into the website, or collect its content automatically in bulk. If you find a security weakness, tell us at info@smartmetrics.sa.

Concerns and complaints

For any concern or complaint, email info@smartmetrics.sa or message us on WhatsApp. We confirm receipt within 2 working days and reply with our answer within 10 working days. For complaints about your personal data, see our privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms; when we do, we change the date at the top.

Law, courts and language

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts of the Kingdom decide any dispute about them. They are written in Arabic and English; if the two differ, the Arabic text prevails.
