    We work out, in your own numbers, what the manual work costs you today, then agree a clear scope and a price written into the contract before we start.

    We build the system in Arabic and test it with you on sample data modelled on your work before it goes live.

Appointment booking assistant for clinics in development

We're building it to answer patients after hours and at busy times, in Arabic and Saudi dialect, book from the clinic's connected schedule, and hand the front desk anything that needs a person. Administrative only, never medical advice.

The whole law office in one system, in Arabic: cases, hearings, clients, powers of attorney, appointments and invoices, with an alert before a power of attorney expires, and deadline reminders in the Hijri calendar.

What exactly does Smart Metrics do?

We design software and smart assistants for businesses, connect them to the systems they already use, and support and update them after launch.

Do I have to replace my current systems?

Usually not. We start from what you have and connect what needs connecting.

Is the booking assistant ready now?

It's still in development. Book a meeting and we'll show it to you on a made-up example modelled on your clinic, and tell you when it can be ready for yours.

Does the assistant understand Saudi dialect?

We build and test our assistants in Arabic and Saudi dialect from day one, not as a translation.

Where is my customers' data kept?

Do you offer a free trial?

No. We show you the product in a meeting, on a made-up example modelled on your work, then agree a clear scope and a price written into the contract before we start.

How much does it cost?

Our products are subscriptions, in packages that start from a set price; we suggest the one that fits the size of your work once we understand it. Custom systems have a price written into the contract for a written scope agreed before we start, so there are no surprises on the invoice.

Who supports us after launch?

We do. We train your team and stay with you for support and updates; you reach us directly on WhatsApp or email, Sunday to Thursday. What support covers is written into the contract.

How long does a project take?

It depends on its size. We agree the timeline before we start, write it into the contract, and tell you straight away about anything that might delay it.
